I have really enjoyed all the classes you have zoomed for us during the lockdown period. I took up Pilates as I had injured my knee & I was fed up feeling so weak, stiff & unfit.

Your Pilates sessions have helped me to build strength, increase flexibility, & given me goals to aim for.

Thank you also for making them so much fun!

I’m laid up now after having my knee operation and cant wait to be back!

Pregnancy Pilates Calm & Control

I attend ante-natal Pilates and can 100% recommend this class for pregnant ladies. This class really helps with my lower back pain, I use some of the exercises/stretches through the week to help with little niggles.

Each class is different & Kerry is great at adapting exercises for different abilities which is really helpful now my bump is getting bigger.

Your classes are amazing-seriously!

I can’t quite believe its only just over a year since I got back into Pilates & your classes made me fall back in love with it. I’ve become so much more aware of my body, learnt so much about how all my different muscles respond to different exercises & what I need to focus on to improve.

I’ve certainly developed a lot more strength and in a much more balanced way- your physio expertise shines through here, as well as in your modifications & teaching points - it is why I have so much confidence in you as a teacher & value making time for your classes.

Your classes are the perfect balance of fun, hard work & relaxation. You have a brilliant way of encouraging us to have a go, have a giggle and see what we can do. They feel so inclusive and open to all, which feels very special.

Loved these sessions with Kerry. Best form of exercise post-partum by far, right balance of challenging vs restorative. Really reassuring that Kerry has her physio knowledge to guide you too. Highly recommend.

Kerry is the most amazing pilates instructor! Her classes are always enjoyable, fun, calming and you definately know you’ve had a good workout. Kerry is always inclusive, with variations to suit all levels & she builds on individual strengths each week. I would totally recommend Calm & Control Pilates.
