If spending a weekend in a luxury house, eating well, moving, experiencing a sound bath, and learning more about nutrition for health sounds pretty amazing, read on!

Our venue will be this stunning Georgian house near Orton, Cumbria. It has undergone extensive renovation, and is quite simply, fabulous. Communal space in which to relax, personal bedrooms most with stunning luxurious en-suite bathrooms, a 12 person hot tub, stunning studio space, this location has everything we need for a weekend of restoration. We will be joined over the weekend by other experts to fully immerse ourselves into relaxation mode.

Room 1 (Ground Floor) : 4 poster bed, wood panelling, copper bath in room SOLD

Room 2 (Ground Floor): Sofa bed, and sofa, sole use of bathroom with shower. Single Occupancy £525. Double Occupancy £775 (both full weekend package. Double Occupancy £675 (1 full weekend package, 1 accommodation/ctaering only- no classes/sessions)

All beds are either super king-size or king-size (except where mentionned for 2 & 8 and can’t be separated into single bed size.
